Terms & Conditions.
What governs use of the website and service requests at MAS — Managed Asset Services by Reef Value.
1. Scope of These Terms
These terms govern the use of the MAS (Managed Asset Services) website of Reef Value and the service requests submitted through it. Any managed services, licensing or training contract is governed by a separate written agreement that prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
2. Licenses and Trademarks
- IBM and Maximo are trademarks of IBM. Reef Value is an authorized, independent IBM Business Partner; nothing on this site implies that Reef Value is part of IBM or speaks on its behalf.
- IBM Maximo Application Suite licenses are subject to IBM's own licensing terms; our role is limited to resale, sizing, renewal management and escalation under the partner program.
- MAS (Managed Asset Services) is a service name of Reef Value, and the site's content, design and guides are the property of Reef Value.
3. Nature of the Information on This Site
The indicators and figures shown in the site's panels and screens are illustrative design content; they do not represent client data or a commitment to results. MAS Care is presented as a design under construction, and its services are not offered until its launch is announced.
4. Managed Services
- Services are delivered under service commitments written into the contract (response scope, escalation, reporting).
- The client remains the owner of its operational data and asset register, and we undertake to return or destroy it at the end of the contract in line with its terms.
- Operational and contractual decisions (approving deductions, evaluating contractors, investing in assets) remain the client's responsibility; we provide the KPIs and reports computed from system data to support them.
5. Access to Client Systems
Any access to client systems or sites is granted under permissions defined in writing, limited to what the service requires, under full confidentiality, and in line with the client's policies and the laws of the Kingdom.
6. Training and Knowledge Transfer
Training programs are delivered to organizations and individuals under a published curriculum and do not confer IBM-branded certifications unless expressly stated in the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
We exercise professional care in every service and do not guarantee specific operational outcomes that depend on factors outside the service scope (the client's data quality, contractor compliance, the existing technical infrastructure). Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the contracted service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is referred to the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh.
