• Operational data from the client's systems (asset register, work orders, contract KPIs) when delivering managed services, treated as confidential information owned by the client.

• Responding to your requests and delivering the consultation, licensing estimate or service you asked for.
• Performing managed services, training and support contracts.
• Improving the site and service quality.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent when submitting the form, to deliver the service you requested, and to meet our regulatory obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing purposes. We may share limited data with IBM or its authorized distributor to the extent needed to issue licenses or escalate support cases you request, and with trusted service providers or government authorities where legally required and with your consent.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data and your asset data, with deployment and hosting options that keep the client's data within its own domain when needed, full isolation of each client's data, and need-based access permissions.

7. Retention Period

We retain request data for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. The client's operational data is returned or destroyed at the end of the contract in line with its terms.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, or object to the processing of your data, by writing to us at mas@reefvalue.sa.

9. Cookies

The site uses limited local storage to save your preferences (such as language and display mode) and does not use advertising trackers.
